We are blessed with multiple locations, so we’ve included information here to help you get started at the right place.
Fieldstone Green is located on the lower level of the Akron Canton Professional Center. Follow Corporate Woods Parkway until you reach the sign for building #1559, which includes "Fieldstone Counseling" on the list of tenants. Turn onto the driveway and then take a left into the parking lot. Please enter through the glass door facing the parking lot. The Fieldstone office is just through the lobby/stairwell on your left in Suite #10 with our name on it.

Fieldstone Lakewood shares a building with A0DK Architecture on Detroit Avenue. Our door is marked with the Fieldstone Counseling logo and parking is directly in front. Once inside, please make yourself comfortable in our main lobby. Your counselor will meet you there.

The Fieldstone Ann Arbor Office is hosted inside Grace Bible Church. The space features two dedicated counseling rooms situated in the interior hallways of the building. Upon arrival, please park by the front entrance and enter the doors to your left. You will see a standing sign for Fieldstone Counseling placed outside the door. For your first session, your counselor will meet you in the main church lobby and walk with you to the counseling offices. After your first session, you may enter the building on your own and follow the marked signs to the counseling area. There are three hallway turns, each marked with a sign and blue directional arrows. A bench is located just outside the counseling rooms, please wait there, and your counselor will meet you shortly.

If you need to cancel an appointment contact your counselor directly as soon as possible. We ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
If you fail to give us a 24-hour notice we would ask you to provide a $50 donation for your missed appointment (unless the cancellation was due to an emergency.)
Please reference our About Us page to learn more about our Fieldstone Counselors and identify with whom you’ll be meeting during your appointments. All sessions are scheduled with your counselor directly.
The suggested donation rate for individual counseling sessions is $90 per counseling session. The suggested donation rate for marriage, family, or child and adolescent counseling is $125 per counseling session.
The suggested donation rate for Senior Counselors is $125 per session for individual counseling and $150 per session for marriage, family, or child and adolescent counseling. Senior Counselors are identified in their bios.
Our default system for processing your suggestion donation is an email-based system called Square. This a secure system that allows us to send an email directly to you through which you can give for your sessions using a credit or debit card. The email address you use to fill out your intake form will be the address to which these emails are sent unless otherwise specified. Here’s an example of what this email will look like:
If you would prefer to use cash or check, we would be happy to accommodate that! If requested we will mail a hard copy of your invoice to your home with a pre-addressed return envelope to our main office included. Again, if you would prefer to use this hard copy system you will need to contact us directly to specify this preference.

We do not want the accumulation of invoices to become a burden to you financially. As a result, we will pause your account from scheduling sessions if you have any outstanding invoices over a month old.
We never want finances to stand in the way of you receiving biblical counseling. Please reference our Scholarship page if you are interested in receiving assistance.
