Fieldstone Residencies provide experience and foster reflection for graduate counseling students. The Residency Program seeks to build the Fieldstone Counseling team by providing a setting for new graduates who are interested in a vocational, biblical counseling model to gain experience, training, and consider their calling as biblical counselors.

The Fieldstone Residency Program exists for graduates of a Masters in Biblical Counseling or Masters in Counseling degree program.
The Residency is a post-graduate apprenticeship program where individuals can extend their educational experience in a counseling center environment that prioritizes collaborative learning, theologically rich application of Scripture, and purposeful supervision.
The Residency offers both in-person and remote opportunities for counseling experience and supervision with a seasoned Fieldstone Counselor.
