Fieldstone Counseling does not take health insurance for the suggested donation amount. For those interested in a scholarship or a reduced suggested donation amount, we encourage you to first check with your local church for financial assistance.
After checking with your local church, you are welcome to apply for a Fieldstone scholarship. To receive the Fieldstone scholarship application form please contact us at admin@fieldstonecounseling.org and the form will be added to your counseling account.
