The Shepherd Life Cohort is an interactive small group experience for Christian pastors and ministry leaders (including church/ministry staffs and boards, missionaries, para-church staff, etc.).
This group provides a safe place to:
1) Discuss challenging areas of ministry
2) Determine practical “next steps” tailored to your life and particular situation in ministry
3) Experience mutual support through personal sharing and prayer.
This group includes in person monthly group meetings with discussion, assigned reading, written reflections, and individual time with the cohort director. We pray that participants will grow in their personal and ministry lives, in their relationships with fellow “shepherds,” and most importantly, in their relationship with the Chief Shepherd, the Lord Jesus Christ.
