Anna Walker

ABOUT

In her early teenage years, the sovereign grace of God gripped Anna's heart with the beauty of the gospel found in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Anna feels passionately about the ability of the word of God to intersect with every area of daily life, and believes that it is at this intersection where hope can be found - even in the depths of life's difficulties. She considers it a deep joy to walk with others and help them see this hope-producing, faith-fueling power of the gospel directly and personally in their own life.

Anna is a pastor's wife of twenty-one joyful years, and has served in women's ministries for much of that time. In what she says was one of the biggest surprises and deepest joys of her life, several years ago the Lord allowed Anna to enroll in seminary classes at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Through these courses Anna's deep and fervent love for biblical counseling solidified. Because she loves biblical counseling and academics, she is currently continuing her studies at Southern Seminary in their Th.M. program in practical theology.

Anna lives with her husband and their two fun and fabulous high school children in the Indianapolis area. In her free time Anna loves to try new recipes and could usually be found with a cup of coffee or a book in hand - or likely both. She also loves dogs, and their rescued and much-loved golden lab named Millie greets every day, and every person, with an exceeding level of enthusiasm.
